In early 2021, our Pear Tree block was handpicked and 'foot stomped' by a group of enthusiastic guests at Cellar Door. Since then, this shiraz has been maturing in a single French oak hogshead barrel. 18 months later it was hand-bottled and labelled by another group of enthusiastic guests, and it's seriously good!

Unfiltered and rustic - A bit of time splashed around a decanter too please! Very limited release.
