FORTIFIED Viognier - NV
The "white ports" of yester-year were traditionally made from local Sauvignon Blanc grapes. We toyed with "the old way" but devilishly discovered the Viognier version! Similar but spiced up. Fortified on skins with a top grade spirit to retain the spiced stone fruit character of Viognier. Yum!
Serve on its own to finish the night, or perfectly paired with a mature cheese platter.
