This hand-crafted Australian sparkling has been waiting patiently in bottle, and is now ready to show you what it's made of. Complex dry sparkling (but don't call it Champagne 😋) aged on lees for 5 years before disgorgement, giving a rich and textured wine with toasted dried fruit and biscuity beautifulness!

To a family mad on sport and wine, The Catch to us is about appreciating excellence in both.  Coordinated moments of timely precision really need to be celebrated! We love a good catch during ball sports, in a tight race, even the odd fishing haul, but mostly we love being in control of an oar.

The catch is the beginning of a rowing stroke and vital to perfect.  Our family has been trying to get the catch right for more than a hundred years...we're getting close! Enjoy with good crew. Cheers!  F,S,W&A Howard
