A shirtfront is a ferocious straight-on tackle, as much a tradition of Aussie Rules Football as a meat pie with tomato sauce.  At DogRidge we love the Shirtfront - no compromise, front-on and fearless - the way we want to face the world, and make wine.

Our DogRidge Shiraz vines play happily in the ancient, tough soils of McLaren Vale, where the cool sea breezes add finesse to their powerful tackle! 

Get the taste buds jumping by pairing this with braised beef cheeks in a rich gravy.  Wrap that with pastry, and you might be on to something 😉
